Trying to find somewhere to live can be an exhausting and time consuming process

Our online property listings include photos, detailed descriptions and other useful information, including a complete list of inspection times. A tenancy application form is also available online making the whole process of applying simple.

To ensure your search for a new home runs smoothly, we have outlined some key points.

Appointments to view properties

Unless properties are listed as being open for inspection you will need to make an appointment to view the property with our Property Manager.  Should the property still be occupied by the outgoing tenant it may take some time to arrange an appointment – please be patient, we will do our best to get you through the property as soon as we can.

Making an application for a property

Please be advised that you must inspect the property prior to submitting a rental application.

When ensure you re as comprehensive as possible when filling in your application – the more information we are able to give the Landlord about you the better your application will be viewed.
