YOUR BUILDING INSPECTION REPORT AT EMBASSY
The majority of the defects have now been attended to. Any outstanding defects will be addressed accordingly and should access to your apartments be required, we will assist in arranging this.
Blue Earth are working to ensure all reported defects are attended to and completed.

NBN – LANDLORD RESPONSIBILITY
Many of your tenants will be connecting to the NBN in the coming weeks. The provider charges an initial connection fee which is approximately $300. This is an one-off fee to new properties only, and as such, your tenant may be in touch to request reimbursement.
Tenancy legislation has not caught up with the relatively recent inception of the NBN and there is no clear law stating who is responsible for this cost. Nonetheless, in the first instance, we encourage landlords to reimburse their tenants.
THE MOTION PROPERTY LANDLORD APP AND ONLINE PORTAL – MOTION PLUS
Our landlord app Motion Plus is now available for you to download and utilise in both App Store and Google Play. Alternatively, you can also gain access via our online landlord portal This wonderful tool will allow you to gain information about your investment property with ease including tenant lease and paid to dates, inspection reports, statements, invoices and documents.
Our landlord App will ensure you have access to your investment property 24/7.
We will be providing the unique login details for the app via to all landlords on Monday. If you do not receive the login details please check your spam folder as it can sometimes filter through.
