What is an urgent repair?

• An urgent repair is classified as one of the following
• Burst Hot Water Service
• Blocked or Broken Toilet System
• Flooding or Serious Flood Damage
• Serious Storm or Fire Damage
• Serious Roof Leak
• Gas Leak
• Failure or Breakdown of Gas, Electricity or Water Supply

We would like to emphasize that all general maintenance should be put forth to your property manager during business hours. Only in the event that an urgent repair occurs outside business hours, are you authorized to call the trades contacts provided in this list.
